To attain the PA-C designation, you must pass the Physician PANCE, a computerized, multiple-choice test that comprises 360 questions that assess basic medical and surgical knowledge.
NCCPA will receive your expected completion date from your PA program approximately four months prior to the date. Then, you’ll be eligible to register for PANCE in one of the following two ways:
Register and submit your $425 exam fee online at NCCPA Connect (www.nccpa.net)
or
Complete in its entirety the 2006 PANCE Application by downloading a copy from NCCPA Connect (www.nccpa.net) or contacting the office to request a copy. Return the completed application and $425 exam fee to NCCPA prior to the registration deadline for the exam you wish to take.
