Retaking the Test
If you do not pass one or more sections of the THEA Test, you may register again and take only the section(s) of the test that you have not already passed. To retake the test, submit a new registration along with the correct payment.
If you are retaking only one or two sections, you will have the entire testing session to complete whichever section(s) you have not previously passed.
If you retake the test after passing the Writing Section, and do not retake the Writing Section, you will automatically receive a refund of $8 approximately six weeks after the test administration.
